These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile platform, and all associated services operated under the brand name 92apk (collectively, the "Platform"). 5. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are required to provide a valid mobile number and to create a secure password during registration. Your mobile number will serve as your primary account identifier for the purposes of JazzCash and Easypaisa payment processing, OTP-based password resets, and account verification.

All financial transactions on 92apk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise specified. 92apk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (subject to availability). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

1. Deposits: Deposits are processed as promptly as technically feasible. 92apk is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
2. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, successful identity verification, and review for compliance with these Terms. 92apk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

4. Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92apk reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback claim and to permanently close the associated account.

All bets placed and games played on 92apk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

All bets are final once confirmed. 92apk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or as a result of a system error. Where a game software error occurs, 92apk will attempt to resolve the issue fairly; however, the Company's decision in all such matters is final.

Cricket betting, PSL markets, and other sports betting products are subject to separate Sports Betting Rules available within the sportsbook interface. Live in-play bets are accepted until the designated cut-off for each market.

92apk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, or other promotional incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

1. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

3. Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers;
4. Colluding with other players, dealers, or 92apk staff members to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
6. Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or data;
7. Registering multiple accounts or assisting other persons in circumventing account restrictions.

All content on the 92apk Platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content – is the proprietary property of 92apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 92apk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. 92apk's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

92apk does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from system downtime, network failures, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control. You accept that online gaming involves financial risk and that all gaming losses are your sole responsibility.

92apk processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 92apk will not sell your personal data to third parties. 92apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void associated bets and withhold or forfeit balances, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

1. The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
2. The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity;
3. The User is a minor or has provided false age documentation;
4. The account is subject to a self-exclusion order or court-ordered restriction;
5. Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to 92apk.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 92apk support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to identity verification.

92apk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via their account email or mobile notification with at least 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or your applicable jurisdiction.
